The security deposit feature works well overall, but it would be valuable to have the ability to waive the requirement for specific reservations. For instance, this would be helpful for long-term loyal guests who have established a strong rental history over many years. Currently, even when we verbally assure guests they don't need to worry about the deposit, the system still generates open tasks that can block guest communication and the check-in process. This type of reservation-level waiver functionality is already available on other platforms like SuiteOp, making it a proven and useful feature.
