A riff on this would be a Business-level portion of the Knowledge Hub. Hospitable already let’s us create distinct Businesses within Hospitable. So it would make sense to have some Business-level knowledge that is exactly the same among properties, but then still have some property-specific knowledge as well.

Absolutely, need it. And it looks like AI already uses some info from another properties, while not admitting this in official docs. We have ~20 properties, i want to upload & update only 1 PDF, not 20 - its crazy and thus knowledge hub got outdated very fast
