Feature Request: Add Summary Headings to Support Messages in the Inbox

Problem: It is currently difficult and time-consuming to find previous conversations with Support because the Inbox lacks topic identifiers.

Solution: Add a summary heading or subject line to each Support message thread in the Inbox. This would allow users to quickly scan threads for the relevant topic, significantly improving message retrieval and efficiency.
