Create welcome letter to be printed

Using a template, create a welcome letter for the guest that can be printed by the cleaning staff so the guest has a nice personalised written welcome.

Use AI to create a personalised line of text within the message - eg: “we know that you are coming from Melbourne to unwind.”

The PDF, once final approval is given, is emailed directly to the either the cleaner or to a printer (some printers have this feature) that has been set up to receive these letters, which will automatically print them and the cleaning staff just has to pick the letter up on their way to do the clean.
