Custom Booking Adjustment Labels and Coloring

Currently, when a custom booking adjustment is made, it is displayed to the customer as an "Ad Hoc Fee" in green, regardless of whether it is a fee or a discount. This can be confusing for guests who are receiving a discount.

The request is to:

• Display the specific label entered by the user for the adjustment.
• If that's not possible, explicitly label discounts as "Ad Hoc Discount" and color them red to clearly distinguish them from fees.
