Custom Code - Bad Guest No Review ask/reminder in messaging

I think it would be great to have a custom code for whether a guest is bad/annoying etc and we don’t want to include in our messaging (another custom code) anything about reviews or leaving a review etc. Would need ability to mark a guest as such in the reservation area for this to work.
