On Booking.com, I manage two different rate plans: one with breakfast included in the price and another without breakfast. Currently, I send the same automatic message to all customers 3 days before booking with the beside others the following piece: "I also offer an optional breakfast service at €9 per person per day. You can choose which days and for how many people you'd like this option. Payment can be made on-site, either in cash or by credit card. Please let me know if you're interested, and I'll be happy to prepare this for you."

This creates confusion for customers who have already booked a rate that includes breakfast. Ideally, I would like to send this breakfast option piece only to customers who booked the rate without breakfast.

I would need to create conditional messaging piece using a "Custom Code" function that would detect which rate plan was booked (based on rate plan ID or description) and display the breakfast message accordingly. However, this doesn't seem possible today.
