Custom code condition for stays at a specific time of the year
It would be helpful to have custom code conditions for certain periods of the year. For example, from November to April and add information pertaining to certain seasons (e.g. warn guests to use a snow-ready vehicle and check mountain pass reports).

This would be immensely helpful for any listing that has seasonal considerations. Our listing is in a location with large winter storms and I want to be able to send a seasonal note about guest vehicle access. This is a recurring headache and the exact type of feature I expect out of a channel manager. I really like hospitable but I would strongly consider switching channel managers for this feature alone because the 1 star reviews that I can get from out of town guests that are caught off-guard by weather conditions cost my listing far more than the yearly cost of hospitable.

Yes please. This is a must have.
Our pool is closed seasonally but guests book year round for various dates later in the year. I need to ensure that guests who’s booking falls in winter months are immediately reminded about this, so they aren’t surprised when they arrive.
This is not feasible for me to do manually at all.

I agree with this. I have a scheduled check in message the day of check in which has information for the summer and for the winter. It would be really nice to be able to separate the two based on which season we are in.

It would be immensely helpful to have the ability to activate or deactivate custom codes based on the season, month, or day of the week. This functionality would streamline our communication and ensure guests receive relevant information tailored to their stay period.
Specific Use Cases:
Seasonal Local Attractions:
Winter: Skiing, sleigh rides
Summer: River rafting, lake access
Seasonal Rules and Operational Tips:
Winter: Use of 4x4 vehicles, studded tires, winter plowing, salt/sand, snow melting mats
Summer: Lake safety guidelines, firepit use, burn bans
Check-in/Checkout Requests:
Firepit and fireplace usage
HVAC instructions for heating and cooling seasons
Implementing these custom code conditions would eliminate the need for manual template edits and enhance guest experience with timely, relevant information.

This is a significant pain-point for me. I have custom codes for beach towels, pool/hot tub, heating, AC, plowing, snow conditions, etc. Now I have to manually edit messaging templates to include or exclude based on the time of year. Perhaps there is a tie-in to the devices project for heating and AC--I have automation for those based on the time of year, too (using ical+IFTTT today).
