Building upon this idea, please consider this related to upselling extra nights for existing bookings:
Hospitable currently has a condition for custom codes that allows me to put content in a template email "if the night before check-in is open" and another one "if the night after checkout day is open".
I'd like to be able to include 1 condition that encompasses if "either" of those or "both" of those are open.
Example:
I have 2 custom codes that are worded strategically so it flows naturally:
(1) One custom code for the night before check-in says "By the way, if your schedule is flexible, the night before you are set to arrive is available and I'll offer you a heavily discounted rate if you'd like to arrive 1 day early."
(2) The other custom code for the night after check-out says: "By the way, the night of the day you are checking out happens to be available. If you'd like to stay an extra night I'd be glad to offer you a heavily discounted rate."
The problem as the conditions are now is that I can't put those 2 paragraphs in the same template because it looks like a template and unnatural. So I'd like to see 1 more condition that says "if either or both the night before arrival or after departure is available". This would allow me to engage the customer with strategic wording, make it look natural, and have them reach out to take advantage of EITHER or BOTH the night before check-in or the night after check-out being available.
What I'd like to write is: "By the way, the [night before you check in] [and] [the night of the day you are checking out] happen[s] to be available. If you'd like to [arrive a day early] [or] [stay an extra night] I'd be glad to offer you a heavily discounted rate."
This way I've included all possible options (before, after, or both nights) in 1 paragraph.
The words in [ ] would adjust depending on the condition.
