Problem Statement
Hosts who partner with third-party service providers (e.g., beach chair rentals, equipment delivery, local experiences) need guests to complete registration or booking steps before arrival. Currently, there is no way to add custom external links as tasks in the Guest Portal. This forces hosts to send separate emails with links to third-party registration forms.
Current Workaround
Hosts manually send separate emails to guests with external registration links (e.g., for beach chair rentals). These emails are sent outside the Guest Portal workflow, typically 1β2 weeks before check-in.

Proposed Solution
Add the ability for hosts to create custom tasks in the Guest Portal that include external links to third-party services. These tasks would:

Hosts would be able to seamlessly integrate third-party services into the pre-arrival guest experience. Guests would trust and complete these tasks because they appear within the official Guest Portal, leading to higher engagement, fewer missed services, smoother operations, and an overall better guest experience.
