Custom text on Direct booking checkout page

The user would like the ability to display custom information on the checkout page for Direct bookings (specifically under the cancellation policy). This would allow hosts to inform guests of requirements such as:

• Refundable security deposits (collected externally).
• Online check-in requirements (e.g., ID, signed rental agreements, vehicle details).

The goal is to provide this information to the guest without being required to use Hospitable's automated deposit processing.
