Customize email notifications. For example, I don't need to be emailed when I sent a message to a guest, it just clogs up my inbox.

Hey @Nick Hayes ! You can tweak some of your notification preferences under Settings > Notifications. You can specifically toggle off this one so that you don’t get emails when you send a message to a guest.
