Hi @Andrew And Tina Sikes , have you tried Hospitable dynamic pricing? It sounds like you may be using it now. Our preference is to avoid the complexity of manual rules for things like this when an algorithm can do it in a more sophisticated manner. What I mean by that is both of these concepts are already happening in dynamic pricing. We apply a far future premium that slowly degrades as we get closer to your primary booking window. By then we have better demand data and can let demand influence price in a more precise way. The last-minute discounting start at about 30 days out and slowly builds towards a 15% discount. What it doesn’t do is go below your min price.
