Delay Task Creation/Visibility Window

Currently, tasks are created immediately when a reservation is accepted. The user would like the ability to set a specific timeframe (e.g., 1 month out) for when tasks are actually created or become visible in the calendar.

This would prevent the calendar from being cluttered with tasks too far in advance, reduce the noise caused by frequent cancellations of distant bookings, and allow for better management of cleaner visibility.
