Currently, Hospitable allows minimum night stays to be set per booking channel through availability rules, but the same minimum stay value is applied across all listings in the property. This prevents hosts from using different minimum stay strategies for different platforms.
Many hosts rely on platform-specific pricing strategies. For example, Airbnb supports length‑of‑stay discounts, while Vrbo does not. Because of this, hosts often need:
Shorter minimum stays on Airbnb to allow discounted longer stays
Longer minimum stays on Vrbo to prevent unwanted one‑night bookings
Without separate minimum night controls per OTA, pricing strategies become difficult to optimize across channels.
Requested capability:
Set different minimum night stay values per OTA (e.g., Airbnb vs Vrbo)
Allow each channel to enforce its own minimum stay rules independently
This would enable more flexible pricing strategies and better revenue management across platforms.
