Differentiate Direct and Manual bookings easily

Direct and Manual bookings currently both show the Hospitable logo. While it can be identified by the buttons on the actual conversation, the bookings look alike on the Inbox list. A way to easily differentiate them would make a huge difference.

    Can we work on this, external iCal? This should be a fairly simple change, considering that it's just a single file upload and design.
    This is a big issue for bigger team, we really struggle to understand the difference.
