Direct: Allow for Percentage (%) based discounts for promo codes
Allow host to send percentage discounts when using promo codes for reservations. Currently, Hosts are only able to do fixed rate discounts for promos codes. It would be helpful if Hosts can also provide discounts by percentage rates.

It is very difficult to figure out how much of a promotion amount to give when using dynamic pricing. I would like to be able to ensure that my direct booking price is still lower than Airbnb when using a discount on Airbnb.

For promo codes, we definitely need there to be a percentage-based discount. For repeat guests, we want to offer them a specific percentage off their stay (i.e.: the percentage to cover the Premium direct service fee they would pay). Otherwise, we'll have to create one-off promo codes that can only be used for the specific day they hopefully book due to dynamic pricing.

Please put this at the top of your priorities. We appreciate all the other improvements you have made and adding this will put you over the top by automating discounts and promotions we would like to offer to returning guests and social media new customers.

This is needed for us to operate any kind of discount program. $-based discounts are not useful when listings nightly rates vary so much. When can we get this created?

I am seeing multiple requests on this. They should all be grouped together so that the upvoting will actually make this a priority for Hospitable. I was told it was on the roadmap but I am not seeing it except for the completed amount which is VERY difficult to use. Especially with dynamic pricing.

I'm setting up Direct accounts for 3 airbnbs and just assumed %-based promo codes would be available. Stunned that they're not. When can get this added?

Please allow percentages off with a promo code instead of a flat $ amount. It's difficult to offer promotions with, for example, $200 off, if someone then books a cheaper reservation of say $500 then it's not profitable for hosts at all. But that $200 off a $1,500 or $2,000 booking would be great for all and give the guest a great feeling like they're getting a deal while not hurting the hosts too much. Can this be added soon?
