Direct: Allow guests to choose Partial Payments for reservations.
For Direct bookings, it would be useful for us to allow for partial payments by a guest for a reservation. For example, guest pays 50% of booking total upon accepted reservation and than 50% 14 days before check-in, or something similar.

We have six properties with you and this feature is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to our business and bottom line. Even though we love Hospitable, we are now considering alternative hospitality management softwares because you don’t have it. With revenues down 20-30% across the industry, being able to do direct bookings with partial payment is very important. How hard is this to implement? If not implemented by end of this year, we’re moving our business. Sorry, just that important.

This should have been priority #1A after direct book was released. It is such a necessary requirement for direct book. It's almost not worth having direct book at all without it. It's such a basic feature, and something that 99% of direct book guests find important/necessary to book with us.

If Hospitable does not offer this feature and to help get more bookings because of it, I may have a solution. Tell your people to go to Airbnb or VRBO and make their booking through their sites. I believe that will help us not to lose bookings.

I am losing guests because you only accept full payments for reservations. No one wants to pay the full amount for a vacation that is for next year. If you can not and will not change this I must look else where.

Please add this flexible payment feature. Revenues are down for hosts by 20-30% and guests want spread payments out. This is a MASSIVELY important feature. Thank you.

Airbnb and VRBO let people book with half down. This is a mandatory feature to be competitive. People shouldn’t have to choose between higher fees with less down vs lower fees and paying the full reservation fee.
