Direct: Allow guests to post reviews that show on the website

This feature is critical to my business operations. Guests currently have the opportunity to post reviews on VRBO and Airbnb, but not on my direct-booking website. Potential guests booking through my website must be able to see historical reviews from prior guests. The absence of reviews causes potential guests to shy away from booking with me.

It would also be nice to have a widget that connects to your airbnb reviews (I would say vrbo reviews too but we all know the connectivity issues there) so that it shows on our direct website. That may be the easier and quicker solution for hospitable to implement.

Critical Functionality for having a Direct Booking Website!

Great idea, and also agree it's pretty critical to business. Love direct bookings, but missing out on reviews means that every booking off one of the major platforms is lost as another marketing tool.

Or even just to be able to transfer our reviews from google and Airbnb would be nice to show on the website

It’s insane that this isn’t a feature. Who is going to trust a site with no reviews. I’m building my own site because of this.

Well, this idea is 12 months old. It doesn’t seem this will be added anytime soon. What about simply pulling in reviews from AirBnb?

As a new STR owner this is an essential feature that is needed now! Guests want to see what others have to say about their stay on your property.

I have Hospitable direct booking guests, who stayed at my place, contact me and ask where they can post a review. Unfortunately, I do not have a place for them to post it.
