Need the ability to create dynamic/seasonal cancellation policies for Airbnb. During slow months more lenient but during peak season and dates do not allow cancellation.
Airbnb has the capability and says that PMS must integrate to leverage, or to disable PMS.
Hi @Raymond Corbin. This help article makes it appear that this feature is live, but according to Airbnb it is not yet available to users. We intend to add the feature as soon as it is available to us.

PLEASE allow hosts to set seasonal minimum pricing! high season $149 and low season $109. This will help tremendously!
