Guest Verification Improvements

More guest-friendly verification process.

My first guest had this to say: “But ran into problems with verifying identity. Took about 5 try’s to get DL photo sharp enough for site to accept. Then it asked for selfie which I did and then I got a message that said “discrepancy” could not verify ( I guess I don’t look enough like my DL photo from 15 - 20 years ago?) and there was seemingly no next step (I hit the proceed button but that just took me back to reservation process which appeared to be mostly complete - I wasn’t sure what if anything to do next)”
