The customer is experiencing several platform limitations on their Direct booking site that hinder compliance, accessibility, and SEO:

• Legal/Policy Pages: No ability to add property-specific Privacy Policies, Cookie Notices, Accessibility Statements, or custom Terms.
• Accessibility: No way to publish accessibility features or limitations for the property.
• Image Alt Text: No field available to add alt text or captions to property photos.
• Structured Data: Absence of JSON-LD / schema.org markup for property pages.
• Content Display: House rules and cancellation policies are only visible after entering dates in the booking widget, rather than being displayed on the main property page.
• Trust Messaging: Lack of dedicated, templated "why book direct" or trust-badge sections in the site builder.

Proposed Solution: Introduce fields for custom legal pages, accessibility info, and image alt text; implement automatic structured data; allow house rules/cancellation policies to be rendered on the main property page; and add trust-badge blocks to the site builder.
