Yes agree with others below, this is basic functionality and is needed for proper use of ical on any other platform or ical-based communication with cleaning staff.
Disappointed to see the status as “New” although the comments date back 2 years.

Even more awesome would be the ability to create a block and to selectively choose which OTAs or connected calendars it gets copied to. That would solve another challenge raised recently in the forums, where someone wanted to block dates from being booked on Airbnb while still leaving them bookable on other platforms.

It’s incredible this is 1.5 years old. We are getting potential guests requesting to book during blocked off dates. If Hospitable is trying to become a premier PMS and save hosts and owners’ time, these sorts of features are absolutely critical. When I receive a request during a blocked off time, it has wasted the potential guest’s time and my time having to research why they are unable to book during that time, create a response off of Hospitable, and deal with any back-and-forth.

When exporting an iCal, we need to be able to include blocked days too (as opposed to regular reservations). This is critical for keeping calendars with other platforms in sync.
