Display Smart Lock First-Use Timestamp in Guest Chat Timeline

Problem Statement:

• Hosts currently have to check the device dashboard separately to see when a guest first used their smart lock code
• There's no visual indicator in the guest conversation thread showing arrival time via lock code usage
• This creates an extra step in verifying guest arrivals

Current Workaround:

• Hosts manually check the device dashboard and hover over the green check mark to see the "first used" timestamp
• This requires switching between the Inbox and the device dashboard

Impact:

• Extra time spent verifying arrivals across multiple screens
• Harder to quickly confirm guest check-ins during busy periods
• Less visibility into arrival patterns within the conversation thread

Proposed Solution:

• Show the smart lock code's "first used" timestamp directly in the guest chat timeline, similar to how alteration notifications are displayed
• This would appear as a status indicator in the Property Access section of the conversation
