Display upsells as line items on owner statements

Problem statement:

• Upsells purchased by guests do not appear as line items on monthly owner statements
• The "Upsell" option exists in statement customization settings, but enabling it does not actually display upsell transactions on the statement
• Property managers must manually add upsell amounts as separate transactions to get them to appear on statements

Current workaround:

Manually add each upsell as a transaction line item on the reservation so it appears on the owner statement. This requires looking up the upsell payout in Settings → Payouts → Payout History and then creating a manual transaction for each reservation.

Impact:

• Extra manual work for each reservation with an upsell
• Risk of errors or omissions when manually entering upsell amounts
• Inconsistent statement presentation for property owners
• Time spent reconciling upsell payouts with statements

Proposed solution:

When the "Upsell" option is enabled in statement customization, upsell transactions should automatically appear as line items on owner statements, similar to how other reservation fees are displayed.
