Download Cleaner Photos from Task App with Metadata

Problem Statement: Currently, there is no way to download photos that cleaners upload via the Task App. This is a significant pain point when submitting reimbursement requests to platforms like Airbnb for broken or missing items, as those platforms require the photos to be uploaded as evidence.

To be useful for these claims, the downloaded photos need to be date and time stamped and include any other metadata/information required by various OTAs for submitting claims.

Proposed Solution: Add a way for admins to download photos uploaded by cleaners in the Task App, ensuring they include timestamps and necessary OTA-required information.
