Downloadable marketing PDF + QR code for each Direct Booking site/property

Add a section in Direct Booking that lets hosts generate/download a branded PDF flyer (or “marketing one-pager”) with a QR code that links to their Direct Booking website (optionally per-property). This makes it easy to promote direct bookings inside the property (printed binder, framed sign, welcome book) or in partner materials.

Problem / why this matters:

Hosts often want to drive repeat guests and referrals to their Direct Booking site, but today they have to:

• create marketing materials outside of Hospitable,

• manually generate a QR code,

• keep links updated if anything changes,

• and recreate the asset for each property.

This is tedious and results in inconsistent branding and broken/outdated links — especially for hosts managing multiple properties.

Use cases:

• Print a “Book direct next time” page to leave in the home (welcome binder / guest book).

• Add a QR code page into a printed guidebook or house manual.

• Share a simple flyer with local partners (tour operators, wedding venues, local businesses) to drive referrals.

• Multi-property managers need a version per property.

Proposed solution:

In Direct Booking (account-level and/or per property), add a “Marketing materials” area that provides:

1. Auto-generated QR code linking to the host’s direct booking site

• Option: whole website or property-specific landing page

2. Downloadable PDF template(s) (e.g., Letter/A4) containing:

• Property/brand name

• Primary CTA (e.g., “Book direct for best rates”)

• QR code + short URL fallback

• Optional: top benefits (save fees, better support, repeat guest perks, etc.)

3. Ability to customize text + branding (logo, colors, headline) to match the direct booking site branding.

Nice-to-haves (optional):

• Multiple templates: “Book direct next time”, “Share with friends”, “Wi‑Fi + House info + Book direct”

• Trackable links / UTM parameters so hosts can measure scans/bookings from QR

• Support downloading as PNG as well (for digital use)

Impact:

This removes friction for hosts promoting direct bookings, improves conversion to direct over time, and makes Hospitable’s Direct Booking offering feel more complete and “ready to use” without external tools.
