In addition to the Profit and loss statements for owned/self-managed properties, it would be extremely helpful to be able to download a monthly transactions report for accounting purposes with access to all uploaded invoices (pdfs, images, etc) via links.

    Downloadable owners statements

    Please, please please make all the Owner statement fields available for download, I.e. the computed ones. I love the Owner statements, but they are too small and too hard to read. To top it off, they print in light gray ink. Give us a little Control and make the fields available and I’ll make my reports if I have to .

    Also year-to-date data would be fabulous And should be included as a no-brainer.

    I agree with Rose, I need to download data summarized by month instead of summarized by booking

    Owner statements have one month of data, whereas I am accustomed to providing YTD and YOY data to my owners,both in revenue and expenses. A more sophisticated REPORT WRITER would be FANTASTIC so that monthly Owner Reports can be more meaningful than a snapshot in time. Additionally, the abilily to download YTD transaction data or TOT tax data in csv format would give great flexibility for pulling critical data. Now, mulitple reports must be pulled and manipulated.
