Dynamic Pricing Based on Event Calendar Inputs

I would love it if your AI monitors all event calendars I provide from my locale and price accordingly, or at the least, inform me of events that might have an impact on supply/demand. This includes constant monitor of events so if something is cancelled, prices are adjusted down, if something is rescheduled, prices follow the event.
Additionally, since you have the advantage of seeing pricing dynamics across all listings within your platform, I want notifications when there’s a sudden price spike from other listings in my area. (maybe some owners know more than I do about an upcoming event)
