Dynamic Pricing minimum price for single night bookings, different to multiple night bookings

I’d like to set a minimum price for single ‘shoulder/orphan nights’ which is different to the minimum price for multiple night bookings within dynamic pricing. For example: i need to charge at least £150 for a single night to be worth it. However, I’m happy for £100 per night for a 2 night booking. Currently, within dynamic pricing I can only set a single minimum price, which is too low for a single night and too high for a multi night.

    I would like to be able to unlock single orphan nights, but only if I am able to set a higher minimum price for that night to make it worth it.

    Allow Amenities to Factor Into Dynamic Price w/ Orphan Night Options

    I have a property with extra amenities such as a pool and a hot tub. Your dynamic pricing tool doesn’t allow me to include these amenities in the auto calculation you provide. Even when I try the “aggressive” setting, it’s still pricing my property too low. I think I’m being lumped in with other properties that don’t have these amenities and as a result I’m not getting accurate price recommendations. I’d love this to be added.

    Also, I’d like the dynamic pricing to give me an option to lower my price by a certain percentage for orphan nights, and also give me an option to do a rule-set to exclude weekends from that.

    Hi, Grant, I think we have something for you in the upcoming Dynamic Min Stay project, that includes a gap/orphan night feature with an included option to markup/markdown gaps. I might reach out for your feedback soon on the prototype, if that’s okay.
