Dynamic Pricing Selecting Data Range (Period)

What do you think about creating dynamic prices for a specific date range (period)? I'd like to use dynamic pricing, but sometimes the price gets too low, so I'd like to change prices only for the next two months or choose when I want to change them. Not for all open months.
