Edit or delete sent messages in guest chat

Problem statement

Hosts cannot edit or delete messages after they are sent in the guest chat. This creates issues when:

• Typos or errors are sent to guests
• Information becomes outdated or incorrect after receiving new details from the guest
• Messages are sent by mistake

Current workaround

Hosts must send a new message to correct the error or clarify the outdated information, leaving the original incorrect message visible in the chat history.

Impact

This workaround creates several negative consequences:

• Makes the chat conversation confusing for guests who see conflicting information
• Reduces the professional appearance of host communication
• Creates additional work for hosts who must write correction messages

Proposed solution

Add edit and delete buttons next to each sent message in the guest chat interface, allowing hosts to modify or remove messages after sending them. Ideally, edited or deleted messages would not display indicators like "message edited" or "message deleted" to guests, allowing hosts to maintain a clean, professional conversation without drawing attention to corrections.
