Edit or Unsend Messages After Sending to Guests

Problem Statement:

  • Once a message is sent to a guest, it cannot be edited or deleted
  • If you forget to edit/delete a scheduled message before it's sent, you're forced to send a follow-up apology message, which feels unprofessional

Current Workaround:

  • Send a follow-up message to correct or apologize for the original message

Impact:

Proposed Solution:

  • Allow hosts to edit or unsend messages after they've been delivered to guests, similar to how Airbnb's inbox works
