Editable Bed Count and Room Configuration After Property Creation

Currently, bed counts and room configurations are read-only after a property is created. This means if a host adds a new bed (e.g., a sleeper sofa) or changes their layout, they must recreate the entire property to update the information on their Direct booking site. This is a significant friction point for hosts with established accounts and multiple channel connections.

The request is to make these fields editable within the property settings so that updates can be made without needing to recreate the property.
