Email notification for guest messages.

I just learned the hard way that Hospitable doesn’t send emails when direct booking guests send a message, only push notifications. I just found my Hospitable app logged out, so I never was notified. The ideal is both email and SMS notifications along with push notifications. Guest messages are far too important to be dependent on the app on my phone being logged in.
