Enable Base Price Adjustment on Mobile for Dynamic Pricing

Problem Statement:

• Hosts using Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing cannot adjust the base price for properties when using the mobile app or Safari on mobile devices.
• The base price adjustment option is only available on desktop/larger screens where the calendar sidebar is visible.

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must switch to a desktop browser or larger screen device to access the calendar sidebar and adjust base price settings.

Impact:

• Operational friction when managing pricing on the go
• Delayed pricing adjustments when away from a desktop
• Reduced flexibility for hosts who prefer mobile management

Proposed Solution:

• Add base price adjustment functionality to the mobile app and mobile web (Safari) interface
• Allow hosts to modify base price strategy (Conservative, Recommended, Aggressive) or set custom base prices directly from mobile
