Enable Booking.com "New Property Deal" promotion when automatically creating listings

Problem statement

When listings are created via Hospitable's automatic Booking.com sync, they are not eligible for Booking.com's "New Property Deal" promotion (20% discount for the first 3 reservations). Booking.com states that properties created this way do not qualify for the promotion, which is applied automatically only when listings are created directly on their platform.

Current workaround

There is no real workaround. Hosts can wait for the first three reservations to come in naturally (even with a manual 20% discount, this takes significantly longer compared to the "New Property Deal" promotion). The most practical solution is to delete the automatically created listing and manually recreate it directly on Booking.com, which is time-consuming and defeats the purpose of automatic sync.
