Enable expense logging and receipt uploads in the mobile app

Problem statement:

• Staff members who only have access to phones cannot log expenses or upload receipt photos
• The current workflow requires a computer, which many team members don't have
• This creates a bottleneck for daily expense tracking and financial operations

Current workaround:

• Staff use the Tasks App to upload receipt photos as task attachments
• However, this doesn't create actual expense/transaction records in the system

Impact:

• Expenses can't be properly tracked or recorded from the field
• Financial data is incomplete or delayed
• Staff without computers are unable to perform basic expense reporting

Proposed solution:

• Add expense logging and receipt upload functionality to the Hospitable mobile app (or mobile browser experience)
• Allow team members to create transactions and attach receipt photos directly from their phones

Unlock:

• Staff can log expenses and upload receipts from anywhere, on any device
• Complete, real-time financial tracking across all team members
• No dependency on computer access for basic expense operations
