Currently, estimated occupancy taxes are being applied to stays of 31 days or more in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Since these are long-term rentals and not nightly rentals, they should be exempt from these taxes. This is causing friction for hosts who have to use workarounds to avoid charging guests taxes that should not apply to month-to-month stays.
