Allow users to add their own knowledge for a property. Perhaps it could be included in the questions. The platform should enable hosts to add notes for ChatGPT to utilize, serving as a database. In the future, when AI is advanced enough, ChatGPT could troubleshoot issues using this knowledge or provide answers based on the knowledgebase which stays within Hospitable ;)
If there are issues beyond ChatGPT's capabilities, it could guide hosts in creating action items for manual resolution. 🛠️
