Expand Messaging Rule Duration Filters to include 28+ Days

Currently, the 'Specify a reservation duration' filter in scheduled messaging rules is limited (e.g., 14 nights or longer). Hosts who manage mid-term rentals need the ability to target guests staying 28 days or longer specifically to send tailored communications for monthly stays.
