Expanding Payment Infrastructure Beyond Stripe

Currently, you support Stripe, which enables a seamless end-to-end payment flow — from guest inquiry to direct website payment and confirmed booking. However, Stripe is not available in Israel, meaning hosts here cannot access this full payment infrastructure.

As a result, several key features that rely on Stripe integration are unavailable, including:

• Seamless direct guest payments through the website

• Full payment documentation and tracking within the system

• Upsell payments (late check-out, breakfast, additional services, etc.)

• Credit card payments from property owners for management fees

These limitations exist solely due to the lack of Stripe support in Israel.

Integrating a payment gateway that supports Israel and the broader Middle East — such as HYP — would unlock these capabilities for many additional hosts. It would also create a strong opportunity for expansion beyond the U.S., offering a powerful solution for vacation rental owners and hotels in new markets.

I believe this integration could significantly increase adoption in the region.
