In many cases, we have to investigate negative reviews left by guests by manually going through each message to validate their claims and identify potential policy violations for review removal. It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows us to export the entire guest conversation into a PDF format, containing all of the relevant events in the messaging thread (like when the door was locked/unlocked, etc). This would make it easier to upload the conversation into AI tools like ChatGPT, which can analyze the exchange and assist in identifying discrepancies or violations more efficiently—saving time and streamlining the dispute process.
