Export Payout Data by Property for Date Range

Problem Statement

• Currently, there's no way to export payout/payment data by property for a given date range from the Payout page.
• Users must take individual screenshots of each payment to reconcile direct deposits from Hospitable, which is cumbersome and time-consuming.

Current Workaround

• Taking individual screenshots of each payment line item on the Payout page.

Impact

• Time-consuming manual process
• Difficult to reconcile with bookkeeper
• Error-prone when manually capturing data

Proposed Solution

• Add a CSV export option on the Payout page that allows users to export all payments by property for a selected date range.

• Users can easily reconcile direct deposits from Hospitable
• Share data with bookkeepers without manual screenshots
• Save time and reduce errors in financial reconciliation
