Export Payout Reports and Secondary Account Access for Payouts

Problem statement: Currently, there is no way to export the payout reports found in Settings → Payments & Payouts → Payouts. Additionally, these reports cannot be made available to secondary accounts (such as bookkeepers).

Current workaround: Users must manually view the reports in Hospitable and manually record the data for bookkeeping, or share primary account credentials (which is a security risk).

Impact: This creates significant manual work for bookkeeping, increases the risk of data entry errors, and makes it difficult to match Hospitable payouts with actual bank transactions.

Proposed solution: Add an export function (e.g., CSV) to the Payouts section and allow the primary user to grant secondary accounts access to view/export these reports.

Unlock: Users will be able to seamlessly share payout data with their accounting team and automate the reconciliation process with their bank transactions.
