Expose Listing Discount Settings via API/MCP

Currently, listing discount settings (including weekly, monthly, and length-of-stay percentages) are visible within the Hospitable UI but are not returned by any API or MCP tools. This creates a gap for users who need to access or manage these settings programmatically. The request is to expose these fields via the API/MCP to ensure parity with the dashboard.
