Extend Damage Protection to All Booking Channels (including Vrbo)

Currently, Hospitable's damage protection is primarily available for Direct bookings. Hosts would like this same level of protection extended to all bookings managed through Hospitable, specifically including those from Vrbo, to ensure consistent coverage regardless of where the booking originated.
