Extend Late Check-out Upsell Time Limit

Currently, the Late Check-out upsell is limited to a maximum of 4 hours after the normal checkout time. This prevents hosts from offering later options, such as 4 PM or 5 PM checkouts.

Allowing these extended options would provide guests with a more relaxed experience (e.g., allowing for travel time and a late dinner at home) and enable hosts to generate additional revenue from guests who value a full day's stay.
