Extend smart lock door code dates independently of reservation dates

Problem Statement:

• Currently, smart lock door codes are tied to reservation dates in Hospitable
• To extend a guest's door code access beyond the current checkout date, hosts must use Alter Reservation
• Alter Reservation sends a request to Airbnb/OTA platforms and requires guest approval
• This is cumbersome when hosts simply want to extend access for direct bookings or already-approved extensions

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must alter the reservation dates (which requires guest approval on Airbnb)
• Or hosts cannot extend door codes at all without changing the reservation

Impact:

• Extra steps and delays when extending stays
• Requires guest approval even for simple extensions
• No way to independently manage door code access periods

Proposed Solution:

• Add the ability to extend or adjust smart lock door code dates independently of reservation dates
• This could be a separate setting or toggle in the reservation or smart lock settings

Unlock:

• Hosts can extend door code access quickly without altering reservations
• No guest approval needed for simple access extensions
• More flexibility in managing guest access periods
