Faster customer support for new customers

Would love an option to get help sooner than a few days especially for new accounts like ours! I can see letting veterans have a little longer between helping them with support issues because they might know how it works...but someone who's just signed up and may not have set their account up correctly. We need an option. It's been a few days since asking for help
